Passwords Generator

It is never a good idea to set your name, birth date or other personal information as a password. These are the first things someone will use, when attempting to crack your account. If you can't think of something unrelated to you for a password, you can turn to Passwords Generator. This software will do the thinking for you, according to the parameters you set.

The size of the package you need to download is under one Mb. Installing Passwords Generator is no hard task. The wizard is similar to many others.

Passwords Generator offers a very wide range of parameters you can set when generating a password. All options are organized in tabs on the main part of the interface. Below these options, the program will display a preview, containing a long list of passwords. Unfortunately, the trial version allows you to save just the first five items from this list.

In the Alphabets tab you can type what letters, numbers or other signs the password should contain. If you don't want a specific type of characters, like numbers or lower case letters to be added to your password, you can simply click the check box next to the designated dialog box.

Under the second tab, you can make your passwords require lower and/or upper case characters, numbers or other symbols. The third tab lets you exclude repeat characters, double characters (ie. FF, aA, etc) and adjacent ones. Finally, under the fourth tab, you can set a maximum and a minimum length for the passwords and the number of passwords you want the program to create.

After you are done with all the settings, simply click the generate button from the toolbar. The preview area will display the passwords created according to the settings you have made. Now you can save them as a .txt file, also by clicking on a button from the toolbar. If you like the settings you have made, you can save a template and load it the next time you run Passwords Generator.
